Delivery & Returns Policy

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.

Please allow up to 5 working days from the receipt of your order for your order to arrive, based on standard delivery and despatch times within the UK.  In the event that we are unable to achieve this and which will delay your delivery, we will email you with an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Standard UK Royal Mail Second Class delivery is £3.35 for orders under £25

Standard UK Second Class delivery is offered FREE for orders over £25. Please note, the offer applies automatically at checkout when the order value, after any discounts or promotions, is equal to £25 or more. 

For orders placed Friday – Sunday, these will be processed on the following Monday, or if a Bank Holiday weekend, the following Tuesday.
